(TAP) - The Regional Coordination of « Right to Recruitment » of Kasserine (bringing together teachers who have been unemployed for 10 years) held a sit-in, Thursday, outside the governorate headquarters.

Protesters chanted slogans denouncing the decision of Prime Minister Elyes Fakhfakh about suspending public service recruitments until 2022, as part of the austerity measures adopted by the executive branch, they say.

Speaking to TAP, Regional Coordinator of « Right to Recruitment » Achouak Ajlani stressed the need to activate the proposal suggested by the Coordination to the House of People's Representatives (HPR).

The proposal calls for adopting a law ending precarious work, recruitment on the basis of seniority, graduation year, age as well as securing a job in the civil service for a member of each family.
