(TAP) – Some 350 Tunisians and Algerians, holding a residence permit in Tunisia, were allowed, on Tuesday, to enter Tunisia through the Algerian border post of Oum Teboul (a village located 10 km west of the Tunisian border).

These individuals arrived to the Oum Teboul border crossing (near Tabarka) on board of their own cars.

The Foreign Affairs Ministry pointed out on Wednesday that the “services of Tunisia’s embassy in Algiers contacted the hotels dedicated to the mandatory quarantine of these groups to send buses to the concerned border crossing point.”
