(TAP) - The El Kamour Coordinating committee is ready to resume dialogue to reach an efficient and radical solution to the problems related to the implementation of the El Kamour agreement and reopen the oil pumping station shut down since last July, Khelifa Bouhouch, member of the committee told TAP.

He insisted on the right of young people and inhabitants of the governorate of Tataouine to jobs and development, hoping to find a solution with the ministerial delegation expected soon in the region.

In addition, in a video posted on the official page of the coordination of the El Kamour sit-in, the spokesman for the sit-in Tarek Hadded stressed the openness of the coordination committee to dialogue on all proposals.

He called on all actors and parties concerned by vitalising development in the region to a consultation meeting Saturday.

Sit-inners last July closed the oil pumping station in protest against the marginalisation of the region and demanding the implementation of all the clauses of the El Kamour agreement signed with the government on June 16, 2017, with the mediation of the UGTT, especially the point related to the recruitment of unemployed.
