(TAP) - Zaghouan governorate has reported 2 more COVID-19 fatalities, taking the death count in the region to 60 since the outbreak of the pandemic, Local Health Director in Zaghouan Souhail Bali said.

A 86-year-old woman from Bouslim locality had passed away in the COVID-19 unit in Zaghouan, while the second fatality, a 86-year-old man from Nadhour, had died at the Farhat Hached hospital in Sousse, he pointed out to TAP.

According to the same source, 37 additional infections were also reported, taking the infection tally in the region to 1,184 since the outbreak of the pandemic.
