Youssef Msakni nominated for 2017 Best Arab Football Player Award

(TAP) – Tunisian football player Youssef Msakni is among the ten players nominated by the Arab Sports Press Union (UPSA) for the 2017 Best Arab Football Player, for the 3rd edition of its annual referendum.

The Union’s special referendum commission led by Moroccan Badreddine Al-Idrissi and composed Abdallah Al Marii (Qatar), Mohamed Al-sheik (Saudi Arabia) and Zouheir Ourimi (Tunisia), nominated ten players for this title according to their performances within their clubs and national teams. 

Here follows the nominated players for this edition:

                     Mohamed Salah (Egypt/Liverpool)
                     Omar Al Souma (Syria/Al-Ahli Saudi Football Club)
                     Karim Al Ahmadi (Morocco/ Feyenoord Rotterdam of Netherlands)
                     Naouaf Al Abed (Saudi Arabia/Al Hilal Saudi Club)
                     Youssef Msakni (Tunisia/Al-Duhail Qatar)
                     Omar Abderrahmane (UAE/Al Ain Club)
                     Yassine Ibrahimi (Algeria/FC Porto)
                     Omar Kharbine (Syria/Al Hilal Saudi Club)
                     Achraf Bencherki (Morocco/Widad AC)
                     Mohannad Abdul-Raheem Karrar (Iraq/Al-Dhafra club)
